Local IT & Support Metro Digital Romania Squad provide reliable IT support to employees, ensuring workplace devices, applications, accounts, and IT services operate effectively and securely.

Your Responsibilities:  

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, both remotely and on-site. 
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, hardware, software, network, VPN, printing, and peripheral issues. 
• Install, configure, deploy, replace, and maintain laptops and other workplace IT equipment. 
• Support user accounts, authentication, MFA, Active Directory / Entra ID, and access-related requests. 
• Support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Office applications. 
• Support meeting rooms, Teams Rooms, videoconferencing equipment, printers, and other workplace technologies. 
• Manage incidents and service requests according to established ITSM processes and SLAs. 
• Support employee onboarding, offboarding, equipment allocation, and asset lifecycle management. 
• Follow IT security standards and escalate security incidents or infrastructure issues to the appropriate teams. 
• Maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, asset records, and troubleshooting procedures. 
• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, security, application, procurement, and external support teams. 
• Participate in IT projects, technology rollouts, migrations, office changes, and continuous improvement initiatives. 
• Familiarity with Jira and Service Now as ITSM tools. 
• Manage the Hardware Processes for end-users, including buying, indexing and delivery of IT assets via courier companies. 

Required key competencies and qualifications: 

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills 
• Windows and macOS administration 
• Microsoft 365, Active Directory / Entra ID and Intune knowledge 
• Basic networking knowledge, including LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and DHCP 
• ITSM / ticketing-system experience 
• Good communication and customer-service skills 
• Security awareness and attention to detail 
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with specialized IT teams
