This educational program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to pursue a specific profession. Vocational training aims to impart the necessary professional skills and knowledge.
While the program will offer you hands-on experience in the company, giving you the skills and confidence to succeed.
The duration of the program is approximately three years. And over the course of the program, you will gain both practical and theoretical knowledge while being part of a supportive team. We are prepared to offer in-house training and help you build your future with METRO.digital.

Is a colleague who has working experience in the role we are recruiting and is passionate about teaching and mentoring others. His primary responsibility is guiding the trainee during the program.

Is responsible for the program overview, collaborates with HR to create an excellent traineeship program, and guides the trainee during onboarding.

The trainee's role is to do their assigned tasks while being open to exploring and gathering experience to do future tasks independently while fully owning his role. He should focus on collaborating well with mentors while learning from them.

Apprenticeship in Germany
Mentoring: up to 3 years Mentor support during practical projects,in addition to the school curriculum.
