How will you make an impact
Join our Data & AI organization as a Team Assistant who helps our teams deliver more by taking care of the essential behind-the-scenes work. You will be the reliable support that keeps things running smoothly—across administrative, legal entity, and operational tasks—while working closely with the department leadership.
This role offers the opportunity to grow within the Data & AI space.
Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative, operational, and coordination support for the Data & AI organization.
- Manage calendars, meetings, travel, reporting, onboarding, team communications, budget tracking, and coordination across projects and stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Data & AI teams.
- Independently manage and coordinate standard operational and administrative activities, ensuring processes and timelines are executed efficiently and in compliance with organizational standards.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, workshops, and team events, including scheduling, communication, and logistics management.
- Support contract administration and invoicing processes in close collaboration with Finance/Accounting and Legal teams to ensure timely processing and compliance.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new team members, including access provisioning to required tools, systems, communication channels, and organizational resources.
Qualifications
- Ability to respect deadlines and prioritize a busy workload;
- Curious, self-motivated, willingness to learn and enthusiastic;
- Strive for improving existing processes;
- Ability to work independent on standard tasks;
- Motivation to achieve consistently high quality results;
- Good verbal, written and inter-personal communication skills;
- Very good fluency in English, German is a plus (written and verbal);
- Has very good knowledge of handling business tasks and is able to apply this to more advanced operational tasks.
