Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
- Establish the enterprise business architecture vision, strategy, and frameworks to ensure standardization, harmonization, and simplification;
- Define and manage core enterprise architecture artifacts (Enterprise Meta Model, business capability maps, as-is/target landscapes);
- Align strategic architecture roadmaps with business and IT leadership to support transformation and innovation;
- Lead architecture governance to control complexity, manage risks, and ensure solution interoperability.
Qualifications
Required key competencies and qualifications:
- Deep expertise (5+ years minimum) in business capability modeling, enterprise meta models, and cross-domain business processes (ideally in wholesale);
- Proven track record in leading organization-wide transformation initiatives and delivering measurable business and IT outcomes;
- Skilled in enterprise architecture governance, ensuring standardization, simplification, and risk control;
- Strong ability to develop and align strategic roadmaps with business and IT strategies;
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at executive level;
- Adept at mapping complex solution landscapes to business needs and identifying optimization opportunities;
- Collaborative leader, able to work closely with other architects and cross-functional teams to maintain a holistic enterprise view;
- Excellent communicator, able to translate technical architecture into business-relevant narratives;
- Experience in scaling architecture frameworks in large, complex, multinational organizations;
- Very good fluency in English (written and verbal).
