IT Consultant - Supplier Invoice & Controlling Solutions (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities: 

• Focus on the highest possible standardization and automation in our Supplier Invoice Control solutions
• Responsible for the functional analysis and IT design alignment with the Process Owner Organization
• Providing proactive consulting and promoting innovative ideas, processes, and technologies to optimize IT support for business processes related to invoice verification
• End-to-end responsibility for areas such as IT cost monitoring, security, and infrastructure setup
• Collaborate with internal and external service providers as part of an international team

Required key competencies and qualifications:

• A degree in business administration, business informatics, or a related field
• Outstanding coordination and change management skills.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management with decision makers up to C-Level.
• Very strong analytical and strategic skills in dealing with business processes.
• Ability to organize oneself well with a high level of initiative.
• Read and interpret solution KPI’s to support stakeholders and Product Teams.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in the SAP environment, especially in financial accounting and, ideally, in relevant invoice control processes
• Fluent English language skills. Basic German language skills beneficial.
